Manufactured from 1.5mm galvanised Steel skins to form a 45mm thick door leaf. Filled with mineral wool for great insulation properties, with steel strengtheners fixed internally . Anti-jemmy flanges fitted to every door leaf as standard. Our frames are 90mm x 2mm thick galvanised steel. Profiled header frames are bolted to the vertical uprights for great rigidity.
